Quotes from Clement Customers

Below you will find quotes from my customers.

I went to the post office today and it's HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,Words just can't describe the beauty of this bass. AWESOME.

I've plugged it in sounds very different than my other one; tonal properties of the woods chosen certainly have altered the sound this bass produces.  I am very satisfied, again a superb display of craftsmanship. The finish on this bass is superb again repeating my self. Thank you very much for the gigbag I wasn't expecting that.  I checked out the cd you sent Bass #45 looks pretty nice but nothing compares to this one.

Happy Happy Happy,  Thanxx Tom keep up the good work and keep on rockin,.............................

Jack

PS! Cute doggies you got there, hope you didn't have any regrets sending this masterpiece to me If I would have made it I would have been tempted to keep it for myself!

I drove out to the suburb to UPS last night about 8:00pm and picked it up. I'm taking off for Memorial Day weekend and I just did not want that sucker sitting in a warehouse waiting for me to get back. It was late when I got back (Memorial day travel ) and I was tired but I took it out to take a look.

It's like a piece of art. You have done some beautiful work and my hats off to you. I was afraid to play it, maybe I would ding it up somehow and it was late so I needed to sleep but I sat down to run off a few notes and about 40 minutes later I found it hard to put down. Just with this short amount of time playing through my practice amp I love it. I almost don’t want to leave for the holiday. When I get back on Wednesday I can start giving her a work out. I will email you some updates as I learn more.

Again, right out of the box I love this thing and I hope you might consider putting together a fretted version of this bass sometime. I will let you go for now. Enjoy your holiday! Love it, love it, love it! Talk soon and thanks!

William.

Tom,
The bass arrived today, no problem. I love the feel of it and appreciate the low action. It looks great too, but an instrument's ergonomics is, at this point, the most important thing to me. Sounds good when I slap it. I had never slapped a fretless before and this was the experiment.

I am a very happy camper...er... bass player. The intonation is perfect throughout the neck. I like the weight distribution and the shape of the body is great for sitting without messing with a strap. Great tone. I bought a used Fender 60 Rumble amp that has plenty of power for what i do, which is mostly acoustic bluegrass and jazz. Right now, the mandolin and acoustic guitars are taking a breather. Always wanted to play bass but never got around to getting one. Fretless is a kick. Thanks for the help with the setup. the D in the 9th thru 15th positions is a favorite of mine and the tone is just fine now. I would be remiss if I did not mention that it has a really cool look, nice job with the design and selection of woods. I wish you well in your future.

Great Bass!

Bob

All is OK. Thanks friend. Is a nice bass, with a beautifull top. Made in hand. Great. If you need something from Spain, please, write me back.

I got the bass this morning at about 10 and I just finished testing it (1:20). This bass is beyond perfect. I was always planning having a fretted 4 string as my main bass, but now I'm not sure, it sound like every bass I've ever wanted in one. I could go on but it would take too long. So THANKS for the best bass ever built and I'll try to record a clip this week.

Just wanted to drop you a line about bass.  It is playing great and I love it.  I tell everybody about how easy the process was --hope you'll get some business out of it!

Best, Dj

I just received your bass. Amazing sounds real good give me some time I'll send you a sample of how it sounds, right now I'm just enjoying it going to have sore fingers tomorrow!!

Jack

Tom,
Bass arrived yesterday in good shape. It looks even better than I expected plays & sounds great!

Hi Tom,
I love the bass.  I played it in both our Sunday worship services this week.  It's much easier on the shoulder than most.  Not bad on the ears, either.  :-)  It's the first 35" scale I've owned, which is definitely taking some adjustment as far as tuning issues and the quick octave jumps I'm not able to make easily yet.  I'm sure I'll adjust.
