This Clement Kim #576 6-string bass is just finished and is available for immediate shipping! The body is a lightweight swamp ash, with a gorgeous burled maple drop top with a black accent veneer. The bass features a five piece laminated neck featuring beautiful flamed maple with bloodwood stringers. The clean bloodwood fingerboard features white side dots. The bass is a comfortable 34″ scale length.
Hardware are Hipshot Type A bridge with 16.5mm string spacing, and Ultralight Hipshot tuners, slightly angled for tuning comfort.
The pickups are Bartolini P252J-B (neck) and T (bridge) humcancelling pickups, featuring individual three-way switches, allowing switching between parallel hum canceling/inline pair/series hum canceling modes. It’s wired to passive volume, volume, tone controls.
The bass weighs in at a very acceptable 9 lbs / 4 kg!
